Tent Rentals in Central Massachusetts
Contact us for excellent tent rentals in Central Massachusetts, Northern Rhode Island, and Northeastern Connecticut. The following is a list of tents available for rent and pricing. Delivery charges are determined by the size of the order and the distance from our central Massachusetts warehouse.
All tent rental charges are for the entire weekend. There are additional charges for set up or delivery outside of normal business hours.
Tents (White)—We Set Them Up
Price includes sidewalls and delivery within a 15-mile radius.
If tents cannot be staked, weights are available. Call for pricing.

Canopies—Customer Setup
Complete with all components and instructions for setting up.

We will take a $50 deposit on all delivered canopies. The deposit will be refunded if the canopy is dropped and stowed before the truck picks up.
Reservations
A reservation fee equal to half the rental fee is required before items are reserved. Please note, all tent reservation fees are nonrefundable.
Delivery
Delivery rates are based on first-floor delivery to your door. Additional charges are made for deliveries other than first-floor delivery, setup and takedown of equipment, excessive time involved, and areas not easily accessible to the delivery vehicle. Goods for return should be assembled and available to the driver. We deliver and pick up during normal working hours.
Payment
Rental fees are due two weeks before delivery.
Permits
The customer is responsible for any required permits.
