Tent Rentals
The following is a list of tents available for rent and pricing. Delivery charges are determined by the size of the order and the distance from our central Massachusetts warehouse. All rental charges are for the entire weekend. There are additional charges for set up or delivery outside of normal business hours.

Canopies- customer set up
Complete with all components and instructions for set up.

A deposit of $50.00 will be taken on all delivered canopies. The deposit will be refunded if canopy is dropped and stowed before the truck picks up.
Reservations: A reservation fee equal to a minimum of one-half the rental fee is required before items are reserved. This fee is not refundable unless notice is given at least two weeks prior to scheduled pick up or delivery time. No refunds on orders for tents.
Delivery: Delivery rates are based on first floor delivery to your door. Additional charge is made for other than first floor delivery, set up and take down of equipment, excessive time involved, and areas not easily accessible to the delivery vehicle. Goods for return should be assembled and available to driver. We deliver and pick up during normal working hours.
Payment: Rental fees are due before delivery.
We are not responsible for damages beyond our control, such as underground utilities, sprinklers or weather.
Permits: Any permits required are the responsibility of the customer.
