Party Accessories for Rent in Central Massachusetts
The following is a price list of our party accessories for rent in Central Massachusetts, Northern Rhode Island, and Northeastern Connecticut. Items rented with tents are delivered free. Items rented without tents can be delivered for a fee. Delivery charges are determined by the size of the order and the distance from our central Massachusetts warehouse. All rental charges are for the entire weekend.

Reservations
Delivery
Our delivery rates are calculated based on first-floor delivery directly to your door. Additional charges may apply for deliveries beyond the first floor, for setup and takedown of equipment, if excessive time is required, or if the delivery location is not easily accessible for the delivery vehicle.
Please ensure that all goods for return are assembled and readily available for the driver. Deliveries and pickups are conducted during our normal working hours.
Payment Policy
All rental fees have to be paid in advance.
Damage Responsibility
We are not liable for damages beyond our control, including but not limited to underground utilities, sprinklers, or weather-related incidents.
Permit Requirements
Obtaining any necessary permits is the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Charges for Non-Staking
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits.
If staking tents is not an option, an additional fee of $20.00 will apply for each cement weight used with smaller tents. For larger tents, several 1,000-pound weights will be required at a cost of $100.00 each. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.
