Tent Connection tents are frame-style or clear-span, meaning they do not have center poles and are very adaptive to custom setups. Determining the size of the tent is a good place to start with an outdoor event.
Securing Tents
Various methods can be used to secure tents on grass and pavement. When staking in the blacktop, we make a pilot hole with an electric breaker and hammer the stake through this pilot hole. On takedown, the holes are filled with small stones, capped with cold patches, and compacted. The holes are soon undetectable.
In certain situations where staking is impossible, cement weights can be employed as a substitute for an additional charge. Depending on the size of the tent, thousands of pounds of weight may be needed.

Table and Chair Setup
Once the tent is set up, we stack the tables and chairs underneath it. The customer is responsible for the setup and breakdown of the tables and chairs. In some cases, we will setup and breakdown tables and chairs for an additional charge. We will need a layout diagram beforehand if we are setting up the tables and chairs.
Tables are available in a variety of shapes and sizes. Five-foot round tables are the most common for seating, and eight-foot long tables are the most common for buffets. Tables should be covered for the event. Chairs are available in different colors and styles.
